HOW TO BE SURE YOU CHOOSE THE RIGHT
LENGTH FOR YOUR HAIR FORK

Purchasing online a hair fork/hair stick: how do you choose the right length of prongs? I know it may be difficult to understand what length fits your hair best, especially when purchasing a hair fork for a first time. But there is a simple way to find it out.

All you need to do is:

  • make a bun – better if you make a ponytail first, it will be easier;
  • twist your ponytail and coil it around elastic (you can fix the bun with some bobby pins to make it all easyer);
  • now, take a pencil (any stick that’s thin and long will be just fine), push it through your bun to keep it in place;
  • measure about 3 cm or 1 inch of the pencil outside your bun (to one side, on the other side there will be a decorative part of your hair fork).

The length that you’ve got will be the length of prongs you choose for your hair fork.
